Peter P. Carr was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate.
Carr was born in North Jutland County, Denmark.[1] He became involved in the selling of seeds and the grocery business.
During the Great Depression, Carr was Chairman of the President's Re-Employment Board of Rock County, Wisconsin. Later, he was President of the City Council of Janesville, Wisconsin and a member of the Senate from 1955 to 1966. He was a Republican.[2]
